"This is Recco" was an animated film i created for the brand Recco. The purpose of the film was to both market and inform about their important products which help save lives in many active outdoor situations.
The RECCO System is a technology and set of products that are being developed and used for the purpose of assisting rescue teams with locating people who have become lost outdoors. It helps people become searchable and for example in the case of an avalanche or hiking accident.
Why I enjoyed this project:
There were several parts to why I enjoyed this project, like for example taking this product from vision to final product. However, I particularly enjoyed that for this project, the client was actively involved from the beginning. I got to practice balancing the act of listening with guiding the client and the product into a final result that would suit both the brand and the end-goal of the product.
