Tunnbrödsakademin (Academy of Flatbread) is an organisation created to care for, research and educate on the legacy and heritage of flatbread traditions and related practices.
This project was referred to me by FRI Reklam in Umeå.
The book ”Tunnbrödet – en läcker historia” won a prize in the International Gourmand Awards 2019, in the category ”Cultural Heritage, as well as ”Best Food Literature 2019 in the category ”Bread”. The book is the first collected literary work on the heritage of Flat bread in Sweden.
I had the privilege to illustrate for this lovely book. The illustrations include tools, ovens, and more, all related to flat bread traditions.
